How do I watch the event?
We recommend having your phone available to bid, etc. and watching the event from ipad, computer or TV
- From a computer or iPad go to www.RUHSFoundation.org
- Click Launch – you’re in!
- Or, from your Smart TV, go to the YouTube App and search “Festival of Trees & Music Broadcast”
- Select our event – you’re in!
What is the best set-up for watching the event?
We recommend watching the Broadcast on your SmartTV (access the event through the YouTube app already loaded on your TV, search “RUHS Festival of Trees and Music Broadcast 2020”) and having your phone available to bid on the auction and give during Fund-A-Need. Make sure to Register HERE
If you don’t have a Smart TV, no problem! Join the Broadcast on your computer from www.RUHSFoundation.org

My company is a sponsor, do I need to register?
Yes! Click HERE
and select to be a Broadcast Sponsor if you would like to give a gift in advance, or Festival Viewer to register for free.
Why do I need to register for the event?
Register in advance to be entered in to a drawing for a $250 gift card to a retailer of your choice! Registering gives you access to the Auction, to Festival Trees, and Fund-A-Need.
Do you need my credit card for registration?
We don’t! But we do need it if you want to bid on the Silent or Live Auction, and give during Fund A Need!
What is a Festival in a Box?
When you Sponsor or give as a Broadcast Sponsor, you receive a Festival in a Box, which includes a bottle of wine (or cider), beautiful tree-etched glasses, a premium winter-scented candle, cutting board for you event goodies and chocolates to set the mood for a fun event!
What is a Premium Festival in a Box?
At higher Sponsor levels the Premium Festival in a Box has all the great goodies of the Festival Box plus a gift certificate to Door Dash to deliver a meal from a restaurant of your choice.

How do I get items purchased from the holiday boutique?
Items will be available from the vendors on Sunday, December 13, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 7880 Mission Grove Parkway S, Riverside CA 92508. Please drive straight to the rear parking lot off the corner of Earhart Way and Grumman Dr. Be sure to look for signage. Any questions or concerns, contact Tammi Meeks at 951-377-1943.
Silent Auction pickup
Auction items will be available for pick up at 14375 Nason Street, Moreno Valley on December 1 and 5 between 10am-6pm. We will make every effort to connect post-event and make sure you get your items!
